Bosch Nordic Experience

Bosch Nordic Experience is an international campaign developed to show the students from the Nordic and the Baltic countries that Bosch is more than you might think. For a second year now, Bosch has organized this campaign to show its solid presence in this region involved in many exciting projects on both a local and global scale.Bosch Nordic Experience 2016 called upon ten adventurous, bright and social media strong students to embark on a four-day trip. The journey included a visit to one of the most impressive Bosch factories in Sweden, participation in a Bosch case competition, as well as leisure time activities like driving snowmobiles. All of this will both be organized and paid by Bosch.

What is the Bosch Nordic Experience all about?

The journey started on 11 February where everyone gathered in Sweden, Örnsköldsvik and got introduced to the programme with some networking and team building activities. On the second day the winners visited Bosch Rexroth plant in Mellansel where they were presented to the Bosch company presentation, worked on a case study and had the chance to go on a factory tour. The day was finalized with a delicious dinner in a cosy and friendly atmosphere, where the winners had possibility actively participate in different games and quizzes and to know more about each other. The third day gave the students an opportunity to explore the beautiful nature and surroundings of Solberg while driving snow-mobiles. The last day of the Bosch Nordic Experience was dedicated on feedback, summaries, brainstorming about future employer branding activities supported by the 10 winners who are now our Bosch ambassadors in the 4 Nordic countries and Baltics.

The students received a very good insight into Bosch as a company and as employer describing the Bosch Nordic Experience as challenging, learning, diverse, insightful and unforgettable.

Some of the impressions that the Bosch Nordic Explorers 2015 shared from the trip can be found in Facebook via the hashtag #BoschNordicExperience
